2017 LOG Rummage Sale raises $3,500!

With a late donation after the sale, the total raised came to $3,500. This will support the LOG Program and the youth retreats that are a featured part of the program.read more

Star Words Sunday – January 8, 2016

BIBLE STUDY at HIGH SIERRA

KEYT News runs erroneous report on Presbytery sex-abuse case

keyt-logo(March, 2016) If you watch KEYT Channel 3 news, you may know that they ran a story recently about an ongoing sexual abuse case in our Presbytery. The story shows up in the media every time there is another hearing or court ruling, but it does not involve GPC at all. The story is not “new news”, but there is a decision coming down very soon from the courts. read more

Be a Greeter!

The OUTREACH COMMITTEE IS LOOKING FOR VOLUNTEERS to serve as greeters on Sunday mornings.  We especially need someone to contact others from a generated list and set up scheduling for two different posts.  A greeter is needed at the parking lot entrance and to serve at the Visitor’s Table before and after service. read more

Rtool-384740_640ecently when Jim Friestad and Pastor Deborah met with leaders of Ministerios Betel, they pointed out places where our office building roof had been leaking outside and the wood was eroding. David, a contractor, offered to fix our roof and replace some of the rotting beams, for only the cost of the materials. David and his crew spent many days patching and fixing our roof in preparation for El Nino, saving GPC much money and many headaches!read more
